PERSONAL STRESS REDUCTION AND RELAXATION THERAPY -
Option A- Get help with reducing stress and reducing the affect on all the stress related illness in your life. Choose from having Nicole show you what you can do on your own to manage stress in your life with education on holistic stress management techniques and come up with a stress management plan.
OPTION B- Just let go and have Yogini Nicole guide you into deep relaxed state using Divine Sleep, breathing exercises, meditation, aromatherapy, restorative yoga, sound therapy.
This will probably last 2hrs or more $70 a session.
PRIVATE RESTORATIVE YOGA- AHHH! Come be supported and restored from a stressful day! Restorative yoga is often referred to as active relaxation. Your activity learning to let go and relax in a posture by being fully supported with props. By fully supporting the body with props in a posture we stimulate the relaxation response of the nervous system moving the body toward balance, relaxation & renewal of body and mind. Great for people who are recovering from injury or illness. Reduces anxiety, depression and stress related illnesses. $70 for up to a 1.5hr or 2 hr session
PRIVATE DIVINE SLEEP -YOGA NIDRA SESSION - Sleep like you never slept before with yoga nidra (yogic sleep)! Yoga nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, subconscious needs, where one achieves true relaxation. It is state of mind in between wakefulness and dream where the do-er part of the mind dissolves and you can just Be. During Nicole’s Yoga Nidra Class you will experience ways to relax the body and the mind with simple gentle postures, self massage, breathing techniques and then Nicole guides you into a the deep relaxation yoga nidra state of consciousness. $40 for 1 hr session.
